Our Watford Studio first opened its doors in 2006, our owner had previously co-owned and pierced in a Luton store since 1998. But decided he’d like to go off alone and start up a new type of Tattoo and Piercing Studio. One that was exciting and customer friendly, that offered customers quality products and services at affordable prices.
About Underground Tattoos
After the success of our Watford Studio our Owner decided it was time to branch out and Enfield looked like the ideal location. Underground Tatoos Enfield opened its doors in 2012 using the same concept and style as Watford. And become a local success virtually over night.
Underground Tattoos Stevenage opened its doors in 2019 again using our flagship Watford Studio as a blueprint. Again using the £15 Piercing concept and having the best Tattoo Artists, giving quality services at affordable prices.
People often ask how can we offer high quality piercings at such affordable prices, the answer is pretty simple. We buy our jewellery in bulk and pass that saving onto our customers. We don’t skimp on quality, all our initial piercing jewellery is High Polished ASTM F-136 implant grade Titanium that has Mill Certificates.
We firmly believe that if you offer the customer the best at affordable prices they will keep coming back, and as they say the proof is in the pudding. After 15 years we are still going strong and looking to expand.
We’ve always prided ourselves on having the best Tattoo Artists in the area, who’s work is always outstanding and of premium quality.
We also offer Laser Tattoo removal, this started in 2008 out of a need to be able to offer customers better quality cover up tattoos. The issue we found was that customers who had older darker tattoos were very restricted in what they could cover these up with. After extensive research and training we decided to buy our first Tattoo Laser Removal machine. As we initially offered it to our cover up customers we kept the prices low so that our tattoo customers could benefit more.
Over the years we have expanded our Laser Services and incorporated it into each of our Studios, still maintaining high quality at affordable prices. Something that has helped us grow from strength to strength over the years.
We now have our own jewellery and after care range which is growing bigger each month with thanks to all our existing and new customers.
